Vijender Singh is the Founder and managing partner of the firm, having an experience in financial services since 2014. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2014. Prior to becoming Chartered Accountant he did his graduation in commerce. He is also an Information System Auditor. He then cleared CPA(US) national exams in United States of America in 2017 and also became Registered Valuer for SFA under IBBI.

His area of expertise includes strategy, budgeting, business management, valuation, M&A, Direct taxation, Indirect Taxation, Company Act, and other applicable Laws. He is very passionate about his work and is a driving force for the entire staff. He has extensive knowledge and work experience in diverse work areas.
